THE OWNER
Roslyn Redman
Roslyn Redman is the owner and founder of Identity Salon. They completed their stylist education at PCI Academy in Ames, Iowa, and they has over 9 years of experience working in salons in the Ames area.

Roz is passionate about furthering their education about hair, inclusivity, and advocacy. They hope to change the salon industry for the better by stirring things up and learning how to “salon differently.”
Roz is very involved in their community and works hard to center their life in human connection. They pride themselves on creativity and living life to the fullest despite the limitations of society. Roz shows radically self-expression and inclusion in their everyday life and hopes to inspire others to do the same.
